This is the thing most people wants, But some peoples achieve. To learn more things in less you have to focus on what you want to learn. I am sharing my experience before giving you tips, if you just want to take tips and go then scroll down and there you will find tips.
When i Joined my college, By the Way i am very passionate and want to learn many thing about engineering and businesses, So i started pursuing BCA Degree from my city main university.
When i attended the first class after admission all the things are going above my head, i thought my expectations were very basic level which i learned at my home but in college, it is far beyond my imagination, there is electronics, Boolean algebra, C language, Discrete Matehmatics, Calculus, Graph Theory and many things.
So i keep on giving exams of class as well as semester examinations, thought i will pass these very easily like in school, but that not happened. I’ve got back in both the 1st year’s semesters 1st as well as 2nd.
I thought how would i go further in engineering line if starting is tough then the advance will be more diffucult then starting, but i keep on learning, what is calculus, what is boolean algebra and many more.
Now after months of hard work, i study more than 4 hours a day and read books and daily get motivation from reading and watching about struggles of other successful peoples. I am really influenced by their journey, i am big fan of steve jobs and his products.
When i know about steve jobs that how he started his company from his own house without a IT degree and without a background in engineering and also i am very much influenced by linus torvalds on how he is very poor that he couldn’t afford a unix operating system.
But he worked hard and made a most used operating system in the world which is Linux. I like both linux and ios, i have a iphone se 2 which i bought 1-2 months ago and you know after knowing about the history of a product you know the real value of the product.
Now, I know everything about digital electronics, I know c language, c++, I know Engineering Mathematics like calculus, Linear Algebra and many more, This i achieved from very much hard work and patience. now i easily go to the college on the semster exam and easily write the answer like i know it from my childhood.
Tips to learn more in less
1. Know theory of it
When i started learning more and more i started with practical like coding but after some months i realised that if i ahve to make a logic in any program i have to first solve the problem then should write the code.
So this is very important to know about theory of what you have to learn. and understand the meaning in your native language it will help you visualizing things in your mind and keeping it for a long time.
2. Essentials
Pick Essential topics, which is more likely to be used frequently, like if you are working in a company as a senior developer you would need to check junior developers code more often and check for abilities and disabilities which can cause loss.
Then you should learnlogic building and problem solving skill. If you are in college or university then you have to learn about the topics which are more likely to come in your exams. like for calculus you can learn about differentiation, partial differentiation, Integration and Multiple formals derivative.
3. Use AI
As it is a Ai generation so we have to talk about it, I would recommend you to use Ai for note summarization, this is the personal technique which i often use for learning more things in less time.
